Students compete in Patriot’s Pen essay competition

Rosalie Wiechmann and Macey Hendrickson were named winners of a recent essay contest in Mrs. Green's 7th grade social studies class. Each year, the Veterans of Foreign Wars sponsors the Patriot's Pen essay contest. This year's theme is, "My Voice in America's Democracy". The two winners will advance to the VFW in Lemmon for the district competition.
